Suvash Thapa

Chief Executive Officer

Suvash holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath, UK. He has over 20 years of experience specializing in strategy, partnerships, economic and financial analysis, and program and operations management, working with both public/development and private sectors to secure desired results through innovative solutions. He has previously worked as a management consultant at Beed Management, Head of Department for International Trade at the British Embassy Kathmandu along with leadership roles in various organization, including leading the private equity fund NIBL Equity Partners at NIMB Ace Capital  

Prajwal Khanal

Head of Monitoring, Risk & Compliance

Prajwal is a Chartered Accountant and member of ICAI and ICAN. He holds a Master’s in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA. With over ten years of experience, he has worked with Deloitte, Mazars, SAR Associates, Siddhartha Bank, and Muktinath Bikas Bank. Before joining Nepal Life Investment Company, he was in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory team. His expertise includes IFRS, audits, internal controls, SOPs, risk management, budgeting, and data analytics. 

Suman Kharel

Sr. Investment Analyst

Suman, an ACCA member, holds over 8 years of professional experience spanning Private Equity, Banking, and Audit. His expertise includes Financial Modelling, Term Sheet structuring, Valuation, Project Financing, and both Corporate and Retail Credit. He also has a strong background in Statutory and Internal Audits across various organizations in Nepal. 

Tanushree Agrawal

Investment Analyst

Tanushree holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Honors with a specialization in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore. She has over 5 years of experience in investment analysis, alternative investments, and deal structuring across the insurance, financial services, and consulting sectors.  Her professional journey spans roles at Nepal Life Insurance, Beed Management, and Aurigin, where she has worked on private equity structuring, enterprise valuation, cross-border M&A, and strategic investment initiatives. Her core skillsets include financial modeling, market research, feasibility studies, and strategic analysis.

Anusha Thapa

Investment Analyst

Anusha is an Investment Analyst with four years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and risk assessment. Holding an MBA in Finance, she previously worked at a SEBON-licensed credit rating agency, contributing to credit rating decisions across diverse sectors. With expertise in private equity due diligence and capital markets, she delivers data-driven insights and strategic recommendations, committed to continuous learning in the dynamic financial landscape.  

Jharana Regmi

Investment Analyst

Jharana holds an MBA in Finance from Pokhara University, where she graduated top of her class as a gold medalist. Prior to joining NLInvCo, she worked at NIMB Ace Capital, where she was involved in equity research, valuation, and strategic assessments supporting investment decision-making. As an Investment Analyst, she supports the evaluation of investment opportunities, conducts financial modeling, and performs sector research across diverse industries.  

Rameshori Prajapati

Accounts and Admin Officer

Rameshori, a Master’s degree holder in Economics, has over nine years of experience in the field of financial sector. Her expertise is in financial Planning, auditing, taxation and internal control systems. Before joining Nepal Life Investment, she worked at Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited where she led various departments like financial planning, Internal Audit, Compliance. 

Kritika Neupane

Executive Assistant

Kritika is a BBA graduate with a specialization in Finance from Purwanchal University and currently working as an Executive Assistant at Nepal Life Investment supporting the CEO’s office. Her role focuses on smooth communication, organized administration, and helping with strategic coordination.
